Customers buy from Beckdale, so the goods must arrive as Beckdale products. These rules are part of the supplier terms you agree to when you apply.
- Ship only to our warehouse, never direct to customers
- No supplier branding, invoices or inserts on or inside cartons
- Label every carton with the barcode labels from your portal
- Produce exactly to the signed-off proof and specification
- Don't contact our customers. We pass on everything you need.
